Culinary Journey:

Chef Ka'Son has developed a reputation for crafting bold, memorable dishes that combine technique, culture, and creativity.Throughout his career, Chef Ka'Son has worked in a variety of respected kitchens including 677 Prime and Toro Cantina in Albany, New York, part of the renowned Primary Food Group. His experience spans the full range of culinary execution — from classic bar fare to elevated fine dining, preparing everything from bar fries to foie gras.
Chef Ka'Son has also had the opportunity to cater film productions in New York, including cooking for Academy Award-winning actress Hilary Swank. Experiences like these helped shape his approach to hospitality: creating food that not only tastes exceptional but also leaves a lasting impression.
After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, Chef Ka'Son continued expanding his culinary journey, working in respected kitchens such as South City Kitchen Buckhead, Flower Child, and Delbar. He also played a key role in consulting on the opening of Lucia Italian Restaurant in Grant Park, Atlanta, helping contribute to the development and launch of the restaurant’s culinary program.

As a chef with Trinidadian heritage, Chef Ka'Son draws inspiration from a wide range of global flavors. His cuisine reflects a deep appreciation for vibrant ingredients, color, and culture, allowing every dish to tell a story.
